Warranty of the product starts when the Lotezy Retailer sell/ invoice this to the end user.
Most service centers accept a proof of purchase ( i.e. original invoice from Lotezy Retailer) as proof to provide warranty service. If any of your customer face any trouble please contact us for help at customercare@lotezy.com
Yes, the warranty for your replacement will be the same as your initial product.
